Medicine Ball Slam
Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart holding a medicine ball with both hands. Raise the ball overhead, fully extending your body and reaching tall through your arms. Explosively slam the ball straight down into the floor by hinging at your hips and crunching your core hard. Catch the rebound or pick the ball up and immediately repeat, keeping the movement powerful and continuous. Use your whole body to generate force, driving through the abs and lats.
