Dumbbell JM Press
Lie back on a flat bench holding a dumbbell in each hand over your chest with a neutral grip, palms facing each other. Lower the dumbbells by bending at the elbows so they travel toward your upper chest or neck, keeping your elbows tucked and forearms near vertical. Press the dumbbells back up by powerfully extending your elbows, stopping just short of lockout to keep tension on the triceps. The dumbbell version allows a freer wrist path and trains each arm independently.
