Kettlebell Halo
Hold a kettlebell upside down by the horns at chest height with both hands. Slowly circle the kettlebell around your head, keeping it close to your skull and your core braced so your torso stays still. Move smoothly through the full circle, then reverse the direction for the next rep. Keep your shoulders relaxed and your elbows tucked as the weight passes behind your head.
