Glute Ham Raise
Set up on a GHD machine with your knees on or just behind the pad and your feet secured. Start with your torso upright and your body from knees to head in a straight line. Lower yourself forward by extending at the knees in a controlled manner, keeping your hips extended. Use your hamstrings to curl yourself back up to the starting position. Avoid bending at the hips during the movement.
