TRX Fallout
Face away from the anchor and grip both handles with arms extended in front of your chest, leaning your bodyweight forward onto the straps. Brace your core hard and, keeping your arms straight, let your hands travel up and away overhead as your body falls toward the floor in a controlled line. Squeeze your abs and lats to pull your arms back down and return your body to the starting plank. Keep your hips locked and avoid arching your lower back so the work stays in the core.
