Dumbbell Overhead Triceps Extension

Dumbbell Overhead Triceps Extension

Sit or stand holding a dumbbell in each hand overhead with a neutral grip, arms fully extended above your shoulders. Keeping your upper arms close to your head, bend at the elbows to lower the dumbbells behind your head until you feel a strong stretch in the triceps. Press the dumbbells back overhead by extending your elbows, stopping just short of lockout to keep tension. The overhead path biases the long head, and the dumbbells allow each arm to move freely.
