TRX Triceps Extension
Face away from the anchor and grip both handles overhead with arms extended, leaning forward onto the straps in a straight body line. Keeping your upper arms fixed and elbows pointing forward, lower your body by bending only at the elbows so your hands drop behind your head. Extend your arms to press your body back to the start, squeezing your triceps at the top. Step your feet forward to steepen the angle and increase the resistance.
