Dumbbell Walking Lunges
Stand upright holding a dumbbell in each hand at your sides. Step forward with one leg and lower your hips until both knees are bent at roughly 90 degrees. Push off your back foot and step forward into the next lunge without pausing. Continue alternating legs as you walk forward. Keep your torso upright and core engaged throughout.
