TRX Lunge

TRX Lunge

Face away from the anchor and place the top of your rear foot into a single foot cradle, balancing on your front leg in a split stance. Keeping your torso tall and core engaged, bend your front knee to lower into a lunge until your front thigh is roughly parallel to the floor. Drive through your front heel to stand back up while the suspended rear leg helps cue balance and depth. Complete all reps on one side before switching legs.
