Standing Quad Stretch

Standing Quad Stretch

Stand tall and balance on one leg, holding onto a wall or rack if needed for support. Bend the other knee and grab your ankle, pulling your heel toward your glute. Keep your knees close together and push your hips slightly forward until you feel a stretch along the front of your thigh. Stay upright and avoid arching your back, holding the stretch before switching legs.
