Cobra Stretch
Lie face down on the floor with your legs extended and your palms flat beneath your shoulders. Press through your hands to lift your chest off the ground, keeping your hips and pelvis in contact with the floor and your elbows slightly bent. Roll your shoulders back and down, lengthening through the front of your torso, and breathe slowly into the stretch. Hold the position without forcing the lower back, feeling a gentle extension through the abdomen and spine.
