Hanging Leg Raises

Hanging Leg Raises

Hang from a pull-up bar with your arms fully extended and feet off the ground. Keeping your legs straight, raise them in front of you until they are parallel to the floor or higher. Lower them slowly under control without swinging. Engage your core throughout and avoid using momentum to lift your legs.
