TRX Y Raise

Face the anchor and grip both handles with palms in, leaning back with your arms extended in front and your body in a straight line. Keeping your arms straight and core tight, pull your body up by raising your arms overhead into a Y shape, leading with your thumbs. Squeeze your rear delts and lower traps at the top, then lower back down with control to the start. Walk your feet forward to increase the lean and make the raise more demanding.
