Kettlebell Overhead Carry
Press a kettlebell overhead and lock out your arm with the weight stacked over your shoulder and the bell resting on the back of your forearm. Brace your core and keep your ribs down, holding the kettlebell steady directly above you. Walk forward with controlled steps for the prescribed distance or time, fighting to keep the arm vertical and the shoulder stable. Switch arms and repeat to balance both sides.
