Bear Crawl
Start on all fours with your hands under your shoulders and knees under your hips, then lift your knees a couple of inches off the floor. Keep your back flat and hips low as you crawl forward by moving your opposite hand and foot together, then alternating sides. Brace your core hard and avoid rotating or swaying your hips from side to side. Move in a controlled, deliberate rhythm forward and back, keeping your knees hovering throughout.
