Leg Swings
Stand tall next to a wall or rack and hold it lightly for balance. Shift your weight onto one leg and let the other leg swing freely, first forward and back through a comfortable range, then switch to side-to-side swings across your body. Keep your torso upright and your core braced so the motion comes from the hip, not from arching your back. Build the range of motion gradually and complete the reps on one leg before switching sides.
