Sled Drag
Load a sled with weight plates and attach a harness or hold the straps in each hand. Lean your torso forward, brace your core, and drive through your legs to pull the sled across the floor. Take short powerful steps, keeping constant tension on the strap and your hips low. Walk a set distance, then reset for the next bout.
