Kettlebell Single-Arm Snatch

Kettlebell Single-Arm Snatch

Start with the kettlebell on the floor between your feet and hinge down to grip the handle with one hand. Explosively extend your hips and knees to pull the bell upward in a straight line close to your body. As it reaches chest height, punch your hand through and around the bell so it lands softly locked out overhead with the arm straight. Lower it back to the start in one controlled motion and repeat, then switch arms.
