Copenhagen Adduction

Copenhagen Adduction

Set up in a side plank with your forearm on the floor and place the inside of your top foot or shin on a bench or box. Let your bottom leg hang below the bench with your hips stacked and body in a straight line. Drive through the top leg to lift your hips and bottom leg up toward the bench, squeezing the inner thigh hard. Lower under control until your hip lightly dips, then repeat for reps before switching sides.
