Spiderman Lunge
Start in a high plank position and step one foot up to the outside of the same-side hand, sinking your hips toward the floor. Keep your back leg extended and your hips low as you feel a stretch through the front-leg hip and the back-leg hip flexor. For extra mobility, rotate your torso and reach the same-side arm toward the ceiling, opening through the thoracic spine. Return your hand to the floor, step back to plank, and repeat on the other side.
