V-Ups

V-Ups

Lie flat on your back with your arms extended overhead and legs straight. Simultaneously raise your legs and torso off the floor, reaching your hands toward your toes to form a V shape at the top. Lower your arms and legs back down under control without letting them touch the floor between reps. Keep your core tight and avoid jerking your neck forward.
