Banded Bodyweight Squat
Loop a resistance band just above your knees and stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, toes slightly turned out. Push your knees out against the band as you sit back and down into a squat, keeping your chest up and your heels planted. Descend until your thighs are roughly parallel to the floor, then drive back up through your heels while continuing to press the knees outward. Use the band tension to activate the glutes and groove proper knee tracking before heavier work.
