Skater Jumps

Start balanced on one leg with a slight bend in the knee and hips, keeping your chest up. Push off laterally and bound sideways onto the opposite leg, swinging your arms across your body for momentum like a speed skater. Land softly on the outside leg with a soft knee, letting the trailing leg sweep behind without touching down. Immediately bound back to the other side, staying low and controlling each landing.
