Tuck Jump
Stand tall with your feet hip-width apart and dip into a quick quarter squat to load your legs. Jump straight up explosively and pull both knees toward your chest at the peak of the jump, tapping or reaching your hands toward your thighs. Extend your legs back down before landing softly on the balls of your feet with bent knees. Immediately rebound into the next rep, keeping ground contact short and your torso upright.
