Scissor Kicks
Lie on your back with your legs extended and your hands under your glutes to protect your lower back. Lift both legs off the floor and brace your core, keeping your lower back flat against the ground. Cross one leg over the other horizontally, then switch in a wide scissoring motion while keeping both legs straight and low. Keep the movement controlled and never let your feet touch the floor between reps.
