Stick Shoulder Pass-Through
Stand tall holding a stick or dowel with a wide overhand grip in front of your thighs. Keeping your arms straight, raise the stick overhead and continue moving it back behind your hips, then reverse the path to return to the front. Widen your grip if you feel pinching and only go as far as your shoulders allow comfortably. Keep your ribs down and avoid arching your lower back as the stick passes overhead.
