Lying Windshield Wipers

Lie on your back with your arms out to the sides for support and raise your legs toward the ceiling with a slight knee bend. Keeping your shoulders pinned to the floor, rotate your legs down to one side like a windshield wiper, controlling the descent with your obliques. Stop before your feet touch the floor, then sweep back through center to the opposite side. Move slowly and keep your lower back from arching.
