Cable Woodchopper
Stand sideways next to the cable machine, with the handle set at chest or rib height. Grab the handle with both hands, arms extended. Rotate your torso and pull the cable diagonally across your body, keeping your core tight. Control the movement back and repeat. Power comes from your core rotation, not your arms.
