Standing Side Bend Stretch
Stand tall with your feet hip-width apart and reach one arm overhead. Keeping your hips square and your core braced, bend your torso to the opposite side, feeling a stretch along the side of your ribs and waist. Avoid leaning forward or back; keep the movement in a single plane. Hold the stretch, return to center, and repeat on the other side.
