Lateral Neck Stretch
Sit or stand tall with your shoulders relaxed and down. Slowly tilt your head to one side, bringing your ear toward your shoulder until you feel a gentle stretch along the opposite side of your neck. For a deeper stretch, rest the same-side hand lightly on your head without pulling hard. Hold the position and breathe, then switch sides to balance the stretch.
