Standing Torso Twists

Standing Torso Twists

Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and knees slightly bent, arms relaxed or raised to shoulder height. Keeping your hips facing forward, rotate your upper body to one side, letting your arms swing naturally with the motion. Return through the center and rotate to the opposite side, building a smooth, controlled rhythm. Keep the movement led by the trunk and obliques rather than throwing the arms, warming up the spine and core for rotational work.
