Supine Spinal Twist

Supine Spinal Twist

Lie on your back and draw one knee up toward your chest, then guide it across your body to the opposite side, letting it rest on or near the floor. Extend the opposite arm out to the side and turn your head to look toward it, keeping both shoulders pressing down toward the floor. Relax into the rotation and breathe slowly, feeling the stretch through the lower back, obliques, and spine. Hold without forcing, then unwind and repeat on the other side.
