Handstand Push-Up
Kick up into a handstand with your heels resting against a wall and hands placed slightly wider than shoulder-width. Brace your core and squeeze your glutes to keep your body in a tight line. Bend your elbows to lower the crown of your head toward the floor under control, then press back up to full lockout. Keep your gaze between your hands and avoid arching the lower back.
