Machine Lateral Neck Flexion
Sit in the plate-loaded neck machine with the side of your head resting against the padded lever and your torso upright. Keeping your shoulders square and still, tilt your head sideways toward your shoulder by flexing the side of your neck through a controlled range. Pause briefly at the end, then return your head slowly to vertical without letting the pad push you back. Work each side separately with a light load and smooth, deliberate tempo.
