Standing Side Lat Stretch
Stand tall with your feet hip-width apart and reach one arm overhead. Lean your torso to the opposite side, letting the raised arm follow the lean so you feel a long stretch down the side of your back and ribcage. Keep both feet grounded and avoid twisting, leaning straight out to the side. Breathe into the stretch and hold, then return and repeat on the other side.
