Overhead Triceps Stretch
Stand or sit tall and raise one arm overhead, then bend that elbow so your hand drops behind your neck. Use your opposite hand to gently pull the bent elbow toward the midline, feeling a stretch along the back of the upper arm. Keep your ribs down and avoid arching your lower back as you reach. Hold the stretch, then switch arms.
