Doorway Pec Stretch
Stand in a doorway and place your forearms against the frame with your elbows bent at about ninety degrees and level with your shoulders. Step one foot forward and lean your body gently through the opening until you feel a stretch across your chest and the front of your shoulders. Keep your chest lifted and your core braced, breathing slowly as you hold the position. Ease off if you feel any pinching in the shoulder rather than a broad chest stretch.
