Kneeling Hip Flexor Stretch

Kneeling Hip Flexor Stretch

Kneel on one knee with the other foot planted flat in front, both knees bent around ninety degrees. Tuck your pelvis under and squeeze the glute of the down leg to flatten your lower back. Gently push your hips forward until you feel a stretch across the front of the hip and thigh of the kneeling leg. Keep your torso tall, hold the position, then switch legs.
