Sled Push

Sled Push

Load the sled to a challenging but moveable weight. Place your hands on the high or low handles depending on focus (low handles bias quads). Lean into the sled with arms straight, drive your legs into the ground in short, powerful strides, and push the sled across the prescribed distance. Maintain a strong forward lean and avoid bouncing.
