Arm Circles
Stand tall with your feet shoulder-width apart and extend both arms straight out to the sides at shoulder height. Keeping your arms straight and your core braced, draw controlled circles in the air, starting small and gradually increasing the size. Perform the prescribed reps forward, then reverse the direction for the same count. Keep your shoulders down and away from your ears throughout to warm up the joint without shrugging.
