Shuttle Run
Set up two markers a short distance apart and start in an athletic stance at one of them. Sprint to the far marker, decelerate, touch the line or change direction sharply, then sprint back to the start. Stay low through each turn and drive hard out of the change of direction. Repeat the back-and-forth for the prescribed number of touches or distance.
