Crab Walk
Sit on the floor with your knees bent and feet flat, then place your hands behind your hips with fingers pointing toward your body. Press through your hands and feet to lift your hips off the floor so your torso stays roughly level. Walk forward, backward, or sideways by moving an opposite hand and foot together, keeping your glutes engaged and hips elevated. Avoid letting your butt sag toward the floor and keep the movement controlled.
