Wall Walk

Wall Walk

Start lying face down with your feet against the base of a wall and hands on the floor. Push up into a plank and begin walking your feet up the wall while simultaneously walking your hands closer to the wall. Keep climbing until your chest is near the wall and your body is nearly vertical, then reverse the movement back to the floor. Brace your core hard and move with control to protect your shoulders and lower back.
