Burpee Box Jump
Stand facing a sturdy box, drop into a squat and place your hands on the floor, then kick your feet back into a plank and lower your chest down. Explode back up to your feet and immediately jump onto the box, landing softly with both feet and standing tall. Step or jump back down and reset for the next rep. Keep your core tight and absorb each landing through bent knees.
