How to write workout programs faster without losing quality
Short answer: the fastest way to build routines isn't typing faster — it's not rewriting at all. Solid templates, your own exercise library, and software that re-progresses loads automatically turn hours of weekly programming into minutes of review.

There's a job no client ever sees and no one pays you for directly: sitting down to write programs.
