World's Greatest Stretch
Step into a deep lunge with your right foot forward and your left leg extended behind you. Place both hands on the floor inside your front foot, then drive your right elbow down toward your instep to open the hip. Keeping the lunge, rotate your torso and reach your right arm up toward the ceiling, following your hand with your eyes to open the thoracic spine. Hold briefly at the top, return your hand to the floor, and switch sides.
