Pigeon Hip Stretch

From a hands-and-knees position, bring one knee forward and place it behind your wrist with the shin angled across your body. Extend your other leg straight back behind you, keeping the hips square to the floor. Slowly walk your hands forward and lower your chest toward the ground, feeling a deep stretch in the glute of the front leg. Keep your weight balanced and breathe into the stretch, then switch sides.
