Walking Knee Hugs
Stand tall and take a step forward, then draw one knee up toward your chest and hug your shin with both hands. Pull the knee in gently while rising onto the toes of your standing leg, feeling a stretch through the glute and hip flexor. Release the leg, step forward, and repeat on the opposite side, walking smoothly down the floor. Keep your chest upright and avoid rounding your back as you pull each knee in.
