What Payments is
Kaizer keeps the count of what each client owes you — it doesn't move the money.
What Payments is
Payments is where you track what each of your clients pays you. Kaizer does not process the money: you keep charging outside the app the way you already do — cash, bank transfer, whatever you use — and here only the count is kept.
The Clients tab shows one row per client with their status: up to date, due soon, late, or paused. From that row you record a payment, send a reminder, or edit how you charge them. History gathers every payment you've recorded, and Settings holds the defaults every new charge starts from.
To start, turn the feature on from Settings (see Turn payments on for everyone).
