- 2 hours saved per week, per client. The unit is per client. A trainer with 10 clients saves 20 hours per week; the per-client unit travels with the scaled figure everywhere it appears.
- The trainer's clients drop out half as often. Survey of 500+ trainers inside Kaizer, before/after comparison, first half of 2026. This is survey data, not platform instrumentation, and it is published as such.
- 2 new clients per month, on average, for a trainer published in the Kaizer marketplace. Average across trainers with a published marketplace profile. Competing tools manage the clients a trainer already has; the marketplace brings new ones.
- USD 30 per referred trainer. Paid once the referred trainer completes 2 paid months. The referred trainer gets their first month free on a paid plan.

## Terminology

- **assisted progression** (ES: *progresión asistida*, PT: *progressão assistida*). Assisted progression is load progression where the software writes the weights and reps of upcoming sessions from the client's logged sets, reps and RIR, while the coach keeps the decisions: the routine reaches the client when the coach sends it, any week the coach edits drops out of the calculation permanently, and automatic progression switches on and off globally and client by client.
